The videos featured in Unimundo are voted on annually by the members of Unimundo for the Annual Unimundo Awards event where Unimundo awards the Unimundo Trophy to the top-original HD videos in their respective categories. The top 20-videos of the year in each category and the best video of the year voted by the members also receive a cash price. 
The Unimundo Awards are designed to provide exposure and to position the imaginative and creative individual Producers among the leading independent Producers in the world where the Producers upload their original videos themselves to be voted on by other Members of Unimundo. Uploading original videos and having a Web TV channel in Unimundo is free.
